Frequently Asked Questions

Do I receive a certificate?

YES. Unlike the majority of online providers who will charge extra for a hard copy certificate, these come as standard for all our courses. The certificate will highlight the area and level of study and list modules.

When will my course start?

We are not a traditional college that has term times and enrolment dates. Your course will start and finish when you want it to. When payment is made, login details to your course will be emailed and you can get going. It’s that easy!

What if I get stuck?

Our support is unlimited! We provide a tutor for every course which can be contacted via email BUT unlike our competitors, we can also provide support via telephone. Just request a tutorial call and we’ll call at a time which suits you.

Why is this course not expensive?

We keep overheads down to provide you with the highest quality training at an incredibly reasonable price. There are no hidden costs in our training.

What happens after I’ve finished?

A unique part of Continuum is our Moving on Support. We have experts in the field of employability who can help you find your next step. We will even look over your CV for you.

What if I fail?

Everyone struggles from time to time. Don’t worry, on our courses you can re sit the assessments. Remember, we are here to help and support, you just need to ask.

I have a learning difficulty, can I do this?

We are happy to provide training materials in different formats if this will help. We can offer as much support as you need so YES you can do this!

Are there any age requirements to join a course?

No, not at all. You are never too young or old to learn new skills.

Is the Course Recognised?

Many of our courses are accredited by CPD. They are recognised nationally across the United Kingdom and internationally around the world.

Do I need previous experience to do the course.

No, we start at the basics for our subjects and cater for beginners but the higher level courses may benefit from prior learning but is not necessary.
